WS_FTP is the best FTP client ever!!!!!There are no file restrictions, it has a sync utility very usefull when u upgrade your page and modify so many files u don't even remeber.. well, i tried almost everything everyone has said... even the spinrite.. i didn't know how to use it.. i could do any data recovery with it... but i did something.. that lasted 14 hours... that's a lot of waiting..I have tried the harddisk on another machione... nothing.. windows recognize the ide drive, but has no acces to it. I friend took the disk yo mount it on a server to run some tests, and everything worked fine (i mean,no physical damges) but still no acces.. he told me something about.. It's not the BIOS, the drive is recognized by it... i mean, i can see the drive when the pc boots, and even on windows, i just don't have acces to it...All the tests for phisicall damaged where fine. I know the problem can be solved by formating, but i'm afraid that might affect the opotunitie to recover data from the disk.Leaving the pc off.. humm... i tried that already, that was my first reaction to the proeblem. I'm not afraid about loosing the hard disk... i know it can be fixed.. i'm afraid about loosing my data!!!!HELP!!!!!

That's the thing about trying out... really like IE, thta's why i got a IE' based Browser... Maybe you misundestand but i was trying to say...Yeah linux it's pretty cool, but windows it's way more used, offering a lot more resources... that's the reason i use it... Avant requires IE... sou it work with the version you have installed on your PC... Just try it out.. you'll get my point
