I personally don't think you should have to ask or be invited to get an email address or should you have to give something. I'll stick with yahoo.

I'll stick with the meaning "at". It makes more sense in an email address. You won't see someone's email look like this : someone'hogs tail'hotmail.com

I heard about someone giving away an invite or something but I don't know what exactly it is.
