very well said Nitin !I don't think India is ready for home-schooling their children yet. There is so much unworthy stress on the big Names of the educational institutes kids pass out from, whether to get an admission in a good college or to get a good job, that parents can't afford to send their kids out Without those labels of big names. We are still a quantitative education system, than a qualitative.

I have a friend who suffers from PCOD or PCOS , Polycystic ovaries disease/syndrome. She is married just for a year but fears she'll have to plan her first pregnancy asap because of her health condition. What does she need to do for a successful pregnancy, without taking clomid or any other doctor prescribed ovulation pills? Natural remedies that work, for ovulation?

Can I Have Something Tasteful When My Stomach Is Upset?

How could you forget our good old 2-minutes Maggie noodles ;-)It always makes up for a lip-smacking dish for me when I am sick. As far as I know it's completely friendly with an upset tummy.Another one of my faves is a clear vegetable soup or sweet corn soup, or chicken soup if you are non-vegetarian. -
I have an 8 yr old asking for a facebook account, just because her friend has it!!!!Hmm Talk about the fast generation......they are ready to zoom already.Ofcourse I am not about to let her be near the internet without either of her parents around. But it got me wondering, how long can I stop her from having an online presence. When do you think kids should be allowed to be internet savvy and to what extent? Also, I'd appreciate any tips on child-locking the computer, what are the best softwares out there?

Just what I was looking for! I am not much of a makeup person, but sometimes you do need something extra to feel special. Sooooo I am a novice at this, but I'll share a few things that work for me to make my eye makeup look....well.....not so made-up !1) I do not use highly pigmented and very dark shades of eyeliners. Subtle shades like brown, blue or gray define my eyes just enough to be worn for a daytime, office look. And ofcourse, there is less chance of ending up with ghastly, smudged eyes when the weather is humid.2) Don't line the inner corner of your eyes if you want them to look big.3) Use pure coconut or olive oil swipe to remove the makeup. They are not only gentle but also hydrate your eyes and reduce any irritation that you might get from the makeup products.
