I think there are lot of mis understanding about yoga. the definition of yoga according to its authentic text, the YOGASUTRA by pathanjali maharshi says thatyoga is chittavrithi nirodhana. (sanskrit verse)ie yoga is a tool to attain mental concentration and to withdraw mind from world lust.According to indian phylosophy, thd ultimate aim of life is salvation and for attaining salvation, the withdrawal of sence organs from the lust of this world.Yoga gives us 8 tools for attaining salvation.they are1. yama2. niyama3. aasana4. pranayama5.prathyahara6. dharana7. dhyanaand at last8. samadhi.the famous yogic exerciesesare a tiny part of this wide science. these exercies are coming under the third part ie the aasana part of yoga.

Ayurveda is one of the ancient system of medicine originated in India. the word meaning of ayurveda isayu- lifeand veda- knowledge.so together, knowledge of life.it is a medical system as well as a system of life.if you want to know more about ayurveda and preventive and curative aspects of ayurveda, please post your doubts, questions and opinions.thank u.

there is a false belief that the sex is determined by blood group. actually, it is determined by the sex chromosomes. the xy chromosome of male and the xx chromosome of female determines the sex. the xy allele devides to x and y chromasomeand xx devides to x and x .when combine, the possible combinations are xx and xy. the xx will be female and xy will be male, and this combination is not under human control. the sex can be determined by ultrasound sonography, karyoyping etc.and one thing also, whether the child is male or female, both of hem have equal rights.

type B can be: B|B, B|O and type O is OIO when combining these, the possible blood groups are OO, and BO, ir O group and B group. so if parents are with B+ and O+, the child never be AB+
