The best tool I can think of for editing anything is notepad.. however it dosnt show you the errors.. you cna use dreamweaver as an alternative but for simple edit jobs u can use notepad.

you neeed to create a db anduser and pass for ur program u can do that in the cpannel..

counter strike , starcraft, warcraft those would be good chocices for a crapopy computer...

hrmm free rpgs.? there is Ragnarok .. well it is pay but there are hacked servers that le t you play for free and the experience is more and you gain it more faster eheh

halflife 2 is an ok game ... but the original halflife game was crappy anyways... its the mods that made halflife what it is ... I dont get a point in halflife 2? gonna be second releases of mods as well? ... lol (on a side note: there is .. counter strike 2..)

Yeah there is a vampire game... its a mod for halflife ... its like a Vampire vs Vampire Slayer game you have aarows and a steak or you can be a vampire and jump and fly around the game was really amazing .. I cant remember the exact name but im pretty sure u can look it up... look it up its a really good mod.

I used to play Lineage2 and Ragnarok and other various ones.. but after a while I think they got really repetitive ... once you waste all your time on them ur level 99 .. so what can you do now? ... nothing lol go around and kill players? still that gets booring once in a while.. and the endless hours looking for rare items heh .. you know youve all been there and done that

I duno.. never really played empire earth .. the game is cheap .. however it take sup alot of resources . ~_~ my comp so old its about time to get a new one .. hopefully this xmas..
