OMG you are soooo right i sing alot in choirs and do my own recordings and i always have a BIG bottle of water near because my voice tends to become dry and corse.. but when it comes to sing high, low, and everyting i can manage it doesnt strain my voice box or anything

Well i have the same problem as you but ive sorted it out loli listen to music to calm myself or go on the internet and download things i dont know why though... im strange =D you could try and think what makes you get so stressed at home and try to fix it but if you can't then DOWNLOAD THINGS jokes listen to music- make sure it is calm at least not all this propa rock music yeah...
