Of course people would freak out and that is primarily why, at aliens were visiting Earth, it would be a tightly kept secret. We talk as if its not a big deal for foreign life to visit Earth. I can see the panic already. People are not friendly towards difference, and we should know that by examining how were treat other human beings. Look at how we treat Muslims and Latinos in the United States, and how we used to treat Japanese, Chinese, Blacks, and Native Americans. If aliens are coming to planet Earth, they better come with big guns to wipe us out, because no matter what their intentions, we will surely wipe them out. We wish to see ourselves as civilized, but the fact is that we are not. I can see aliens now being placed in concentration camps and murders off. In fact, I am not even saying that it wouldn't be the right thing to do. Native Americans reluctantly welcomed in the alien Europeans and look what happened to them. People would be rioting in the streets, and just complete instability if they found out that aliens were visiting Earth. If I were the leader of a country, I surely wouldn't let the word get out. I would call it a military jet or air balloon and move on. Personally, its sort of hard to believe that aliens are visiting Earth. I guess it is no surprise that it is hard to believe when supposedly we have found no life within our solar system. There could possibly be life in our solar system, and our government may be keeping it under wraps. However, if there is no life in our solar system, and we are searching Mars and all of these other planets trying to find any sign of life, then I don't think it is reasonable to assume that aliens are visiting us. We are obviously trying to find life outside of Earth, or at least it seems that our government is doing that. Either they are trying to find life or trying to find somewhere else to live, otherwise they wouldn't be spending billions each year exploring space and researching the ability of different planets to sustain life. I guess we will have to wait and see if wiki leaks released information on it (lol).

I think troll has turned into a word used to end or stifle debate, at least this is true online. Trolling in my opinion is hard to define because where exactly is the line drawn? If someone is stating something that is factual and they have credible sources to prove it, even if it is negative or offensive, I don't consider it trolling. I consider it telling an unpopular truth. If an individual is honestly trying to push a point of view across and not trying to cause trouble, it is not trolling. People tend to call someone a troll anytime something is said to offend them, no matter how authentic that person is in their debate or argument. Technically, I hate the word "troll". We all have different perspectives and views, so I may call something trolling that someone else may not consider trolling. I remember when I was on a forum and this guy brought up the issue of racial superiority, and his argument was that Asians were biologically superior to whites (Europeans ancestry), and that white were biologically superior to blacks (African ancestry). If you ask me, he neglected to take culture and social issues into account in his argument. There were also so many loop holes that I could only dismiss it as bigotry covered in science.

 

Nevertheless, there were others who agreed with the guy and didn't feel as if he was a troll or a bigot. That clearly shows that we have different views on what bigotry really consist of. In another instance, I was in a forum discussing race. The majority of the people in the room were black. There was only two whites out of about a fifty people. A black guy stood up and said, "If I were religion and I were white, I would be scared of the hell fire." I considered that bigotry, nevertheless, there were quite a few laughs and claps. I think the guy was from the Nation of Islam who made the statement. So obviously some people in the room didn't see it as bigotry. I think the same applies online or anywhere, and it is hard to not be personally bias when it comes to determining what is bigotry and what is not. Although my example consist of race, where it is usually easy to detect bigotry, there are also other issues such as religion and ethnic groups that were less easy to define as trolling or not. Like, what about the issue involving Israel and the Palestine. I would imagine that the issue is likely to garner a troll accusation. This is especially true if an Israeli and a Palestine are the two individuals pushing forth the debate.

 

I try to remove the word from my online use unless it is plainly obvious. I usually define trolling as personal attacks on the poster rather than the facts or argument in the post. I try to never throw personal insults unless they are first thrown at me. I can, and I love to, play the dozens. But I usually do not personally attack someone for their opinion. I say the comment seems like bigotry, rather than saying the person is a bigot for example. I dissect the individuals comment and attack each element, and not just attack the individual's character or bash the person. It can get emotionally tense sometimes, but people have their own opinions and that is something that we have to deal with.

Living in heaven? If this is heaven, then I don't want to see hell. For someone to even suggest that we are living in heaven, indicates that it must be an individual that is well off and blind to the suffering of the average individual. I am hungry college student right now with nothing to eat, and let not mention the starvation in third world countries such as poor countries in Asia, Africa, and South America. If heaven is on earth, then hell must be co-existencing right beside it. We were discussing poverty in a class the other day, and it was mentioned that 1% of the population of the world owns the majority of the wealth and resources, and we discussed how that creates mega poverty. So no, this is not heaven and will probably never be looking at the way things are currently going. The richer get richer and live longer, and the poor get poorer and die quicker.

I think China is absolutely a powerful force on the international stage, and that includes being powerful both economically and militarily. It is no wonder that the Chinese economy has overtaken that of Japan. In the coming years, the U.S. will have to not only allow, but encourage Japan to build up its military force in order to protect itself and challenge, if nessary, China's influence within the region and throughout the world. Japan will have to step up their game and so will South Korea. As for China becoming the worlds largest economy by 2050, I think that is a assertion that has little backing and has not yet been proven. I would say that it is possible for China to become the world largest economy by 2050, but it is also possible for India to become the world's largest economy in 2050. India is already set to overtake China in regards to population. China will have a big problem with India, and its bordering neighbors. China has more countries bordering it then any other country in the world, and when you have a powerhouse like India on your border, you never know what could happen before 2050. China could possibly not even exist in 2050. We don't know if the U.S. will take military action against China or if there will be a world war before 2050 that completely destroys or divide China. The world is very unpredictable, so I will have to say that no one knows, but it can not be denied that China has the potential to do so. I think that India will probably fall in 2nd not too long after China takes first -- if China takes first. I can see the U.S. holding on as the world's 3rd largest economy for a long period of time, and surely I believe that the U.S. military might will remain #1 well after its economy is overpassed by China and India. If China and India do not overtake the U.S., it will probably be a result of U.S. military action out of economic interest. Even if we look at the invasion of Iraq and Aghanistan, many experts have suggested that the invasions were of economic significance. If you can control the oil supply, you can control the economy. The economy is fueled by oil, and until there is an alternative energy source, those who control the most oil, has the potential of controlling economies and having political leverage over economic powerhousing. That is probably why Times ranked the Saudi King as the 3rd more powerful man in the world behind the Chinese and US Presidents. I think that Putin came in 4th place. So I look forward to living until at least 2050 in order to see how things play out...or maybe not.

My suggestion would be to go to college, and select a good major. If college is not for you, then go to a trade school and become a carpenter or something. There are not many jobs available that pay $100 a day that doesn't require education or training. The only jobs that I can think of with an open door policy that provides well over $100 a day is prostitution and drug dealing. If neither collge or a trade school is for you, then my second suggestion would be to borrow a couple of hundred of dollars from friends and family and start a small business. Sell candy out of the back of your car or something and drive around like the pop sickle truck. I know a guy who made a killing off of selling candy and drinks at school, and our administrator were cool so they allowed it. Eventually he got competition from both other students and the teachers, but he put them all out of business. I remember the year book club trying to fund raise by selling candy, but they couldn't compete with him (lol). It does not even have to be candy, it could be a series of things. I think candy and drinks is the easiest to sell, but you could sell raffle tickets or something. Then when you make enough money from selling raffle tickets, start a small bingo hall. I would actually do that if bingo was legal in my state. If all fails, go back to square one and become a prostitute or drug dealer. Hey, we have a saying in my city that goes like this..."get it how you live". In order words, you have to do what you have to do in order to survive, especially in this economic climate where it is hard to even find a minimum wage job. There is also another profession, a legal one that makes well over $100 a day, and that is stripping. I know girls that use to go to high school with me that have already entered into that profession. It is quite a well paid profession if you ask me. But my primary suggestion would have to be education, that is always the key. It takes time and energy, but I don't know of any other solution for a honest, and dignified way of making a living.

I don't really love anything about my home town, its just home. Its funny though how other people love my city and claim that there is so much to do here, and I guess that feel that way because they live in the country side where it is really dull and dry. Our local government have shut down a lot of the clubs, and outside of that there is really no accessible fun and entertainment unless you are willing to drive a whole lot of miles in order to get to the other part of town to bowl or something.

I think that the problem is that you are using different sources who obviously have different opinions. No one really knows how many millionaires or billionaires there are in the world, and there can only be an estimate. The same is true when it comes to estimating the wealth of celebrities of other individuals, no one really knows. No one knows how much Bill Gates and Warren Buffet owns. There is a consideration in regards to money that could be hidden away in offshore bank accounts and unrecorded assets. On example, in the opinion of some people, is George Bush and *BLEEP* Cheney. Neither of the two man are listed as billionaires, but according to many people, they are billionaires. So I think that when discussing millionaires and how many are living in different parts of the world or how many exist within the United States, most of the numbers are nothing more than a rough draft...an estimate. I do find it hard for someone to be off by 4 million, but if you are viewing two different estimates than that is totally possible. We could look at the estimates from...lets say...the holocaust. Different people believe that more were executed and massacred, while others give lesser numbers.The most important thing to discuss when talking about multi millionaires, and certainly billionaires, is the large disproportion of wealth that it creates. If 1% or even 2% of the population own 60 percent, 70 percent, or 80 percent of the wealth, that certainly create a lot of problems. It places the vast majority of the resources in the hands of a few, and leave the others to starve despite the fact that such a vast amount of resources in the hands of a single individual is not needed in order to fulfill wants and needs. I guess the biggest problem in regards to the disproportion of wealth is that it is not only concentrated in the hands of a few individuals, but also a few countries. If you look at the richest countries in the world, most of them were colonial powers. There are a few exceptions, but the United States and Western Europe are overwhelmingly the most powerful economies in the world. China and India have powerful economies, but that has more to do with their potential created by population rather than their economic policies of capitalism combined with colonization. So the problem can not be addressed because it will challenge the life style of those living in wealth countries such as the United States and Europe, and that is simply something that no one in those countries wish for to be challenged. Even poor people within the United States and Europe level of poverty does not even come close to the level of poverty of those in third world countries and former colonized states in South America, Africa, and Asia. So the issue is every complicated when it is address on a global level. And plus, many people in the United States and Europe, especially in the United States, believe that somehow they have a good chance of being rich one day. Nevertheless, the statistics show that such an assumption is completely false and the vast majority of people born poor or born into a poor family, die poor. So unless you are a good athlete and entertainer, then chances are that you will not move any further than maybe one economic class up if you are born poor, and no class up if you are born middle class. If you are in the middle class, you are more likely to go down than up.

If it is a possible way or method to make quick money, then I will probably have to join along side you in asking that same question because I have yet to find or hear of a away outside of selling drugs or scamming to make quick money. If there were any well known legal ways to make quick money, then less people would probably resort to illegal activities in order to earn a quick buck. When you come online, I think earning a quick buck is even more difficult. In fact, earning money through hardwork online is even hard. If the unemployment rate is 9% offline, then the unemployment rate for online workers and people in freelance work online is up to 98% lol. Most of the people who make quick money online are the creators of scam websites. There was one site a while back, not sure if its still up, was called SurfJunky, and their scam was that they promised people payment for leaving their browser open and surfing a collection of websites and watching a collection of ads. They could not receive payment until they earned $25, but when they reached that amount, they were banned. You know...they were shaken off like a bad case of flees(lol). Many claimed that they are banned with the accusation of cheating. After hearing a bunch of cases of unfair bans, and most people saying that they never received payment, I stopped using the website. It was pretty obvious that they were not going to pay out.There have been a bunch of websites in the past that scam through that method or a similar method, and they continue to exist to this very day. Everytime a new website pops up that promise payment for signing free offers or simply browsing the web, people automatically suspect that the website is a scam, and perhaps rightfully so. Even the websites who are now known as credible were faced with the accusation of being potential "quick buck" scam websites. Apart from websites, there are also people who are dedicated to stealing credit card information in order to make a quick buck, and infecting people computers in order to garner that information. It is really sad. However, people resort to such actions in order to make a little money in a short period of time. There are even fake anti-virus softwares that people create in order to make it appear as if there is a virus on an individuals computer so that they are forced to buy the fake anti-virus software. I had one of them on my computer just recently and I was forced to reformat my entire pc, and I lost a lot of valuable content because of it. However, people are unethical when it comes to money and they will do whatever it is necessary in order to make a buck. Besides viruses and stealing credit card information, there are other people who use fake "Get rich quick" programs in order to draw innocent people who actually believe they can make a quick buck legally in, and scam them of the little money they have. That is just the nature of the beast, and we have to learn how to avoid scammers, and find more legitimate ways to make money. I think that we must first realize that money can only come with hard work in most cases, in particular, in honest cases. If you are a dishonest person, then maybe the scamming business is for you, but if you honest, then you better be prepared to do some hard work for no pay. There are people who build websites that have potential, and they spend months working on their website from sun up to sun down and they don't make a dime for quite a while. In fact there are people who never turn their website into a monetary success despite their hard work. So making money or how to make money rather, is not a easy question. It takes a lot of time and dedication, and you have to be ready and willing to fail. I am sure that the creator of facebook worked long and hard before his website became a successful. The same goes for youtube and other popular websites, and their only advantage was that they were among the first to implement their ideas. So try to come up with new and innovative ideas for a website. Be the first and combine that with hardwork and maybe money will eventually come.

Yes, we can live without money. Money is nothing more than a medium of trade, and trade is not necessary in a society that is so technologically advanced that it can produce more than needed for everyone. If there is a large surplus of goods and services, money is worthless. If everyone has rocks, what would be the purpose of money? If everyone had 10,000 pounds of food given to them each week, why would money be needed to buy food. Food would be monetarily worthless. So in a sense, in order to eliminate the use of money, all products must be in such a surplus that they are worthless in regards to trade. If everyone has 10 cars, why would someone need to buy another? If someone have a house or two, what would be the point of buying a 3rd house? The industrial revolution really set the stage and revolutionized industry to the point in which more could be produced then needed. Technology has only grown over the last few centuries, and now it is even more true. In fact, companies intentionally keep their production down in order to keep the prices stable. In fact, the government actually pay people to not grow certain foods because it could effect the worth of that food. When you live in a world where people in third world countries are starving, but yet governments pay people NOT to grow food, you know that you live in a very backwards world. You live in a world that is similar to the mind of a sociopath, and that sociopath will do anything in the name of profit.In this time in age, everyone could be given any and everything they need, and we have the resources and technology to get that done. And as machines take over the role that humans use to play, we will eventually be able to do with with minimum work. We continue to see machines replace humans in every aspect of our economy, and that is only a bad thing because we live in a profit based society. It is not a society that says that the machines can do the work and the production can be split among the population, but it says let the machines do the work and we will sell the production despite that fact that due to the machines you are not out of work and can not afford to buy anything. I am not saying that a socialistic society would be better than a capitalistic society, as I don't really believe that, but I do believe that a socialistic society with no money is possible if the right technology and resources are available. In the United States at least, those resources are available or at least more of the resources needed.

I am still with gmail, and it seems that the overwhelming majority is with gmail also. I don't see how someone could use anything else other than gmail. The others are pretty much crap. They are either filled with advertisements, clogged up, or your email expires if you don't log in after a certain amount of time. The email service that I hate the most and I wouldn't advise anyone to use, is yahoo. They deactivate your email after you don't log into it for like 3 months. What kind of crap is that? My account is deactivated because I did log into it. I don't think that is right, and I may not log into my email for 6 months, but I still expect it to be there when I come to use it. I see if someone has not logged into their account for 3 or 4 years. I would understand deactivating it because that person could perhaps be dead. However, I have emails that I have not logged into for over a year. Nevertheless, one day I will have to log into them in order to recover account information for some website or a lost password. The email will still be there because I don't use yahoo.After gmail, I would probably suggest hotmail. The thing I hate about hotmail is the advertisements and the clogging look of it. I must note that yahoo is full of ads also the last time I checked. I don't like aol or any of the other ones either. However, aol would be my third choice, and I would use all of them before yahoo of course. Stay away from yahoo, run in the other direction as fast as you can. It is terrible.

I'm a college student who has lots of admirations for girls, especially beautiful ones. This is my second semester in this college. I have decided to take my time, study my new environment, and pay more attention to my studies during my first semester. I consider myself as an A student academically; on the other hand, Im also an F student when it comes to having knowledge about girls or knowing how to handle them. Talking to girls is not my actual problem; my main problem is making the first approach to them and starting up a conversation. If I will ever be able to overcome my fear of rejection, walk up to a girl and start a conversation, I can perfectly handle the rest; I mean keeping the conversation going. My biggest problem is making the first approach. Physically, my appearance is very good and of great standard. Im always clean and I dress gently. Generally, Im a good person, at least beyond average. Im neither an introvert nor an extrovert; just in the middle of the two. Now, I have resolved to take the bull by the horn, I mean to break those fears and get a taste of girls. Im much more settled now unlike my first semester. Now, I can handle the friendship stuff as well as my studies very well. This is my first time on this, so I want you guys to help me. Teach me some lessons on this game so that I wont mess up. I Promise to abide by the rules of this game if I get to know them. My target is to get at least 10 different phone numbers before the end of next week. Sounds like you watch too many movies. Sorry, there are no rules of the game. You simply have to know when a girl is attracted to you and act on it. Typically, girls don't approach guys, so if a girl likes you and you don't know it, then tough cookie. In my unprofessional opinion, you approach a girl just like you would anyone else. I am not a love doctor, but there is no special way to approach a girl...after all...they are human beings just like guys. Just spark up a conversation about anything. If a girl is reading a book, ask her what book she is reading and then ask her to tell you more about it. Then you can tell her books that you have read that relates to the book she is reading, and ask her has she heard of the books that you have read. Now thats a easy conversation. Ask her for her name, and if you think you guys connected, ask if she wants to go to the library with you one day to check out some books, and if she says yes ask for her number so that you guys can set it up one day. Thats just an example. Its really based on your interest and the girl's interest.

Ok back. Anyway, as I was saying...India and China does not yet have the military capacity, and won't have it in the next 30 years, to rival the United States or to even exert its power to every corner of the earth. Its truly amazing how the United States can do that, and its the only nation that can at the moment. The Chinese and Indian armies are poorly trained, their airforce is no where compared to that of the U.S., and their navy certainly isn't anywhere close to the U.S. Until the Chinese navy can rival that of the U.S., since the navy is one of the elements required in order to exert force to other areas of the world, then China won't truly be a super power outside of economics. Most people see the rise of China in only economic terms, but rising to the level of super power requires more than just a good economy, you also need a powerful military. I would say that China will be the top regional power by 2025, but outside of that, China has no chance. Now also culture. I will give China one thumbs up on culture, due to the fact that I always see "Made in China" on products, but other than that, the Chinese really don't exert must cultural influence on other nations, and even their "Made In China" label is really not very cultural, if it is in fact cultural at all. When it comes to the United States, our culture is all across the world more so than anyone else. You have McDonalds and Walmarts all across the world. You have American singers known in Asian countries, but yet the average American can't name a Chinese singer, restaurant, or department store based in China. You can even look at stuff such as Google and Facebook. Most people don't even now the search engines based in China, but China knows the search engines based in the United States. The America has a monopoly on military and culture, at the moment, and China will have to have Chinese companies that are households names abroad before it can claim to be a really super power. I don't focus too much on the culture when it comes to being a super power, and I focus more on the economics and military. Nevertheless, culture is a very important part of measuring your status as a super power. It is hard to say when China and India will pass the United States, but I think that they eventually will. It really depends on what events unfold in the future. If there is a world war, I think China could become a super power faster than expected, but if things stay as they are, I would say that China would pass the U.S. in about 2100 or later. If the U.S. and China goes to war tomorrow, I would say 2025. When wars happen nations tend to put all their effort into military resource and production. As I stated before, China, with over a billion in man power, could produce and place on the battlefield almost an unlimited amount of soldiers and hardware. It would be overwhelming and surely push China's military to great heights, or at least that is my belief and theory. When it comes to China and India, I think that China win hands down.

I disagree that China & India will take over as global powers, although I do agree that their economy will eventually surpass the United State. In order to be the Super Power of the world, you must have more than simply a larger economy. Although a powerful economy is an important element in being a super power, it is not the only element. I would say that there at three elements to being a super power. Those elements are economy, military, and culture. These are broad elements which can be broke down into subgroups, but for the sake of time and energy, I will not move forward to break them down. However, the 3 broad and basic elements of any super power are economy, military, and culture. Now, as for the economy, China and India are doing well. China recently passed Japan as the world's second largest economy, and it won't be long before India passes the Japanese economy also. Then, of course, it will be a matter of time before both nations pass the U.S. economy. This is not to say that it is impossible for the United States to prevent this, but I doubt the U.S will be able to unless it expands the use of its military power in order to promote its economic interest. I am sure that the use of economic power in order to reinforce economic interest sound familiar. We have done it throughout history, and other countries have done it too, including Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and etc. The problem is that the United States military is so vastly superior to the other militarizes of the world that there would be little or no counter balance unless multiple nations mobilize and use their industry to prepare for war. I think China and India, due to their economies and man power, would be a monster in regards to militarization during the time of war. In WWII, countries dedicated their entire economies on military production. You had a large majority of citizens working in military factories making bombs, tanks, guns, and other military hardware. Nevertheless, the fact is that, one-on-one, the United States stands as by far the greatest military power on earth. Now, the economies of India and China is of course a great force to stop for the United States. However, if we look at the military, the military of a super power must be able to mobilize its forces and send them to any location in the world in a matter of weeks. The only nation that can do that at the moment is the United States. No other nations has the capacity to move its troops to any spot on Earth with ease and no struggle. Therefore, the U.S military is vastly superior, and the Chinese navy also does not come close to the U.S navy, or the Chinese airforce. The Chinese military is decades behind the United States, and so is their technology. I don't see China's military being more powerful then the United States for a while. There is no way to deny the power and might of the US military and its ability to subject its will on nations that are 1000 miles away and still maintain military organization and successfully invade a country. Look at when the Chinese tried to invade Vietnam, it was a disaster. The Chinese do not have the training or military capacity to become a global power, and they are barely holding on to regional power in regards to India being at their doorstep. Same for India, and India stands in the face of Pakistan and regional disputes that hold it back.I will write on culture later and continue this because I have to go.

I have to say that these are fantastic tips. I have a car that has bad brakes, and for a while I couldn't find my emergency brakes. I am pretty new to driving and I hope my brakes don't go out because I will be in deep trouble. I try to drive no faster than 30 while on roads with traffic, and no faster than 40 on roads without traffic. Maybe I am just exaggerating a bit, but I heard my breaks kept scrubbing together and making a grinding noise when I stopped, and there is also another ching sound coming from my tires. I found out that the grinding sound was a result of too little break fluid, but it still makes the ching sound, and I hope that I have enough money to get my brakes checked soon so that I can be a safe driver at last. But, in the mean time, I find these tips very helpful, especially the emergency break tip. I would have never thought of using the emergency breaks, and I would have probably turned the car off on the first instinct, which probably wouldn't have been the best thing to do. I would have never thought about putting it in reserve either, and thats probably not a smart idea either. I hope I never experience a break failure though, and if I do experience one, I hope its on a road rather than a freeway where traffic is all over the place.

I don't think it is worth the trouble. You might as well build a website and place adsense on it, and just spam the link all over the place or something. I don't think $100 a year is enough to encourage me to use such a program. I can make $100 a year by working on a job for one day. Also, you could make much more money during other things or using other programs online. The set amount for a year if you click 50 times a day is $139.44, but you can sign one free offer a day and get at least $365.00. I don't usually use money making programs and websites online, because at the end of the day you are not developing sustainable income, but rather making someone else rich. I am not interested in making someone else rich, and thats why I focus on making money through website building although I have been unsuccessful thus far. I think I am unsuccessful because I have not put enough time into it. But, I mean while you are clicking those fifty or more links every day, you could be trying to build a sustainable source of income such as some kind of innovative website that people would be attracted to. I am still looking for new ideas, but obviously money and time is linked. When money and time is limited you have to focus your energy on one or two websites. I have one website thus fa,r but I am thinking about building another because my first website is way too targeted. I really like the idea of doing forums because you don't have to keep them updated and it builds a community that can sustain the financial burdens. For a blog, you have to constantly update it and post new content, and that is discouraging when no one is reading or commenting on it for the first few months or first few years. Also, I don't have much interest in anything other than politics, and politics is not a topic of discussion for a large percentage of the world, and most people consider politics as boring, so there is not a large community in the field, and this is especially true if you desire to limit that political community to a state or large city. So I have been thinking about other types of communities that I could implement in order to bring in revenue and build a a strong community. I tried blogging, but the problem is blogging is tat it takes up a lot of time and the payoff is not worth the time spent blogging for the first year or so that it takes to get the blog popular and full of traffic.

I use google for my home page, and I think that using google is best for me. Most of the time that I come online, I am not going directly to a website, but rather searching something. I am doing some sort of research, or trying to find something on wikipedia. If not that, I am trying to find alternative new sources or something along the line of that. So it makes sense for me to have google as my home page. There was a report released that said that most people use google to get to websites, even if they know the address of the website. Instead of typing into the address bar, they type it into google. I found that very interesting, because I am an avid user of google and I am sure that just about everyone else is an avid user of google also. I thought about putting CNN as my homepage because I am also an avid reader of news, but I can always just type CNN in because I use google more then CNN anyway. I may go to CNN three or four times a day, but I go to google at least fifty or sixty times a day, if not more.

There is no magic trick to generating traffic or sales, you just have to advertise and have a quality product at a low price. In fact, people who are selling these "Generate Money" books are doing nothing more than advertising and trying to sale a product themselves. If they are so great at generating sales, who do you never hear about their products unless it is being spammed on a forum. I guess spam is the secret lol.

I actually like this play this game called "Super Power 2" online. It is pretty much a war game, but it is really fantastic. You choose one of the nations of the world, and you goal is to build its military and economy, and engage other players politically in order to advance your overall objective. I have been playing it for a few years now, but the online community for the game is slowly dying, and there are not many people who still play it. I don't really play many other games online, and I really don't have the time anyway. I barely have the time to post on this forum and manage my website, so I surely don't have much time to play online games. However, if you are to try an online game, I think that Super Power 2 is a much try. I would also recommend another game, which I have yet to play, called Geo Political Simulator. Its pretty much the same thing as Super Power 2, or at least the same concept. It is much more complex then Super Power 2 from what I have seen of it thus far, but I don't have the money to buy the game so I will have to wait until the price lower before I try it myself. There are not many other games that I play online. I have played Heart of Iron online once or twice, but I didn't really have much of a good experience in the gameplay online, so I don't mess with that much anymore. I also play two browser-based/flash games, and those games are Erepublik and Ildom. I don't play Erepublik much anymore because I just don't have the time and patience, but I check up on Ildom every now and then. There is also Giga. I don't go on Giga, but that is a big online games that a lot of people go on. Also, runescape, which I don't go on, but obviously a lot of people go on that one too.

Its hard to tell and I would be very careful. Sometimes girls can be very hard to read, and we guys have a tendency to take every single thing said or done in a sexual or non-friendship based context. I have had friends who I thought were interested in me, just to find out that they were not. Simply because she said you should have told her first doesn't mean that she wants a relationship with you. Simply because she likes your company, and likes to talk to you, doesn't mean that its more than a friendship. I have girls who are my friend and if I am away for too long, they go crazy, but they are not attracted to me sexually or romantically, they like my company and miss that company when I am away. If you are interested in a girl, you need to let her know from the get go. Its a big mistake to take on the role of a friend with a girl that you like without her knowing that you are interested. In many cases, if you don't flirt with a girl as soon as a bond is created, they will think that you are not interest and just want to be friends. Some guys don't know what flirting is, or don't know how to flirt. I have had friendships with girls end because I didn't tell them that I was interested from the get go, and we just couldn't handle the reality. You can be a friend of a girl for 3 months, and then try to start a relationship with her. You are already the friend, the person who she tells all her secrets to. You are the shopping buddy...you are just a friend at that point.Its hard to tell what goings on with the girl you are with, but its possible that she wants a relationship, but you should really not jump to conclusions so quickly.

I would have to say that I hate the new google image search, and I think that there should be an option to go back to the original if there is not one already. The grid is annoying, and even on my cable connection, all of the images don't load when I go down to page 5 or 10. You have page 1 and 2 loads, and gray images all over the pages below there. They should really revert back to the original, and I understand that they are trying to be innovative over at google, but if it isn't broke don't fix it. There only thing the new google image search accomplishes is less clicking. You don't have to click from page to page, but the images load slower and the darn image search is more laggy then it has ever been before. I feel sorry for those using dial up connections, I am certain that they don't have a chance (in you know what) to effectively use the new google image search based on the load time and bad connection that is a result of using dial up. You mix a bad or slow connection with a website that is laggy and place 10 pages in 1, you are going to have a bad experience.

I think the feature is annoying also, I don't understand why it is the default. I hate results popping up and lagging the search while I am trying to use Google. Another thing is that most people know what they are going to search when they go on Google, so there is no point of showing premature results. I don't want results for half of a word popping up or half of a phrase. It is just completely and utterly annoying rather than beneficial or innovative. It seems that some people like the feature, but I really don't understand why. I guess they like the idea that ajax is being more widely used on mainstream websites now a days. I think I like the normal google better. However, that is not it, I hate the new google images also. I think it was better the old way, although I am getting use to the new version of it. A lot of the images do not even appear when you scroll don because there are too many images loading at once. Instead of loading one page at a time you have about 10 pages loading as once and more loading as you scroll down. Its not something that I think is good in most cases. I guess there are different strokes for different folks though, because I have heard most people praise the new features on google, both the ajax search and the new image page.

Its hard to sleep when you have a busy life. I am in college now, and some nights I stay up in order to get homework done or study for a test coming up the next day. Some people can't get 8 hours of sleep a day. I am lucky if I get more than 5 hours on some nights. Lets not even talk about people who are in law school, and have to read a hundred pages in a single night. You may go through law school on 5-hour energies. Those who work and go to college full time, I don't see how they do it. I would recommend at least 7 hours of sleep each day. If you have to go to a class or work at 7am, then you need to go to bed at 11pm. This means that you will get 7 hours of sleep if you wake up at 6am, and you will have an hour get ready and get to work. Some people need more than an hour to get ready and get to work, and some need less. If you job is far away, obviously, you need to get up earlier. If you take an hour just to get ready, then the same applies...get up earlier. I think it is all about being organized and knowing how much sleep you need to be comfortable the next day. I can sleep for less than 5 hours, and get through the day without a problem. I can sleep for 2 or 3 hours, and get through all my class, but I will need a nap before the sunset. If I want complete comfort and a good night sleep, then I need at least 7 or 8 hours. It all depends on you. I suggest starting at 7 hours, and see how you feel in the morning. If you don't feel too good, add another hour the next night. If you feel good, take an hour away the next night. You will eventually find out how much sleep you are comfortable with. If you can't go to sleep at night, that tells you that you need to start going to sleep at a later time, or use more energy during the day.

No, I don't think computers or robots will take over the world, and maybe I am being a little short sighted, but I just can't see that happening. A computer is an object, a machine, not a human being. It is not able to sustain itself, adopt to its environment, or make decisions that are in its best interest. Computers are not greedy, deceitful, and they have no secret agendas. They are just machines, a creation that has not conscience, no true thought process, no personality or emotions. Even if a computer has the ability to show emotions, it is not natural emotion, but rather a fabrication. It doesn't really feel, it simply knows how to make a look that represents a feeling under certain circumstances. However, the most important aspect involved for computers being able to take over the world is a true conscience and an ability to adopt to both natural and social change. If it is unable to do those two things, then a computer is dull. It is just another machine, and just as it was programmed to dominate, it can be programmed to surrender. It would have to be a machine with the conscience, reason, and adaptation ability to not be reprogrammed unless that reprogramming is in its best interest. It would have to clearly know and understand its best interest, and its best interest must not be able to be reprogrammed into something that is not in its best interest, unless it believes that a change in interest is its best interest. What programming will govern that belief, and if it can be reprogrammed their dominance of course falls apart. It seems quite impossible for robots to dominate based on the idea that they can always be reprogrammed, and if they can't be reprogrammed...or reprogram themselves, then they are dull and won't survive as conditions change anyway. When you have an artificial intelligence rather than a biological intelligence, it is easy to change that intelligence into something else. You can just pull the plug on the robot, or reprogram it to do something else. When it comes to biological intelligence, reprogramming a human brain is possible but not controllable. You can use media propaganda, and that doesn't work on all biological brains. Then if propaganda doesn't work, you can expose that person to a lot of stress or unbelievable pain and brutality, but what will be left of that individuals brain and thought process can't be predicted. Now, as far as computers playing a large role in our society, that can not be denied. Just as the steam engine started the industrial revolution, the computer processor has started a revolution. A few years ago, you were not able to get on a computer and instantly communicate with anyone in the world, or broadcast live video over the internet with a $20 webcam. More and more companies are using the internet, and so are political movements and government. You have the military becoming more and more intertwined with computers. However, as for taking over earth, I don't think so. Now I may be wrong, and I may be short sighed or closed minded, but I just don't see it happening. However, even if it did happen, would it really matter? All humans live and die, so if humanity ends tomorrow is it relevant if death has to come to all anyway. To live and die...or to never exist....is there really much of a difference based on our current knowledge of the world and universe?

I doubt any large advertisement company would want ads on your software, or even allow such to happen. Companies such as yahoo and google serve as a medium for people to advertise their product or service, and for people with websites to make money by agreeing to display those ads. I don't think any of the people using google or yahoo to put up ads are going to take kindly to their ads being placed in a software instead of a website. I don't think any advertisement company would go for that quite frankly. You could create a website with the software for download, and place advertisements on the website, but of course, that may not bring in as much revenue. Depending on what kind of software it is, and its potential, you may be able to find private companies who wish to buy an advertisement, but that is incredibly hard to do if this is a new software with no kind of popularity or userbase. I think the best thing to do is just accept donations and put ads on the website. Make it clear that the project need money to survive. Whenever I go on a website that provides a good product for free, and they say they need money to keep the project going, I make sure I click on the advertisements. I am sure that I am not the only one, and that a lot of people do that.
