  1. I would suggest you to have an demonstration of your dance in front of your parents and near and dear ones. This would help you to have a brief idea and built up some confidence. The other thing that youshoudl keep in mind is that the feat that you have achieved is indeed a very good one to perform classical dance on a stage at the school level is in itself a very big thing. So, be assured that the audience would be just amazed about a kid performing so beautifully, so just give it your best shot and don't be over cautious about the way you look and the way you perform. Just let it go in a normal way and everything would be fine. Good luck for your performance!
  2. By no means could your actions be termed as OCD. OCD has been explained in a very good manner by evilsmiley and your actions do not come any where close to it. The thing is that you have been thinking a lot about it. Some people have tendency to do keep doing something but they cannot be termed as OCD. Same as your case I have seen many people who just get irritated if they have to just sit doing nothing. The same in your case too, the only difference is that you play the tossing game and they keep looking something to lay their hands on.
  3. There are plenty of ways where you can have some good results to learn the trick to reduce the weight but the most important of them are the three points that you should be following. First of all plan your diet and limit the intake of calorie and start having more protein foods, precisely speaking a healthy diet would be the first requirement. You should then have some rigorous workouts and the last point would be to drink plenty of water. Following these three point would sum up most of the things that you could give a try to reduce your weight in a healthy manner. On top of this feeling confident about the process and keeping the good spirits would also have a positive effect.
