Xidomains: Scheduled Downtime of Control Panels on the 30th of July, 7th of August & 14th August 2011
Dear Customers,
You will be unable to access your domain control panel at http://manage.xidomains.com for a few hours as the servers will be down for migration & upgradation. The details of the downtime has been given below. Please note that the downtime will affect only the purchase/renewal process and WILL NOT affect active services, kindly forward all your doubts and queries to our Xidomains department. We apologize for any inconvenience caused due to this issue.
First Downtime:
Scheduled Time: 30th July 2011, 13:30 GMT
Duration: 2 hours
Reason: Servers need to be migrated physically within the DataCenter to a different phase to accommodate future expansion plans.
Second Downtime:
Scheduled Time: 7th August 2011, 13:30 GMT
Duration: 4 hours
Reason: A firmware upgrade is required for one of our SAN (storage server).
Third Downtime:
Scheduled Time: 14th August 2011, 23:00 GMT
Duration: 8 hours
Reason: We need to perform a Database Upgrade. This is to improve the performance, stability and functionality of our Control Panel.
