Is this paid per post position ? Or free one ? I mean people don't mind working for free but most of the time paid positions are filled much earlier and you have control over the person as long as he's getting paid from you. Your forum looks young you should try advertising on other forums like forum promotion, traffic masters to get some moderators & users to your self.
