[help]search When Double Click On C: ?

Ok,My friend has a dell inspiron 6000 pc.It comes with a software jasc paint shop pro studio.He did not want it, so he uninstalled it.now, the search window comes up when he double click on C: drive or D: drive.how can it be restored to the default action???Thank you
