hahahaa... in one word, terrific, herbert that the best deviation i've seen in recent times...lol

...If only it were real. I'd sure as hell be more patriotic if it was. :PFor some reason that makes me want to watch Ghostbusters 2.

You must be a fun loving person!Love the art you did.Anymore to share?

Here's a couple of 3D renders I made up of Mr. Strickland and Buford Tannen from the Back to the Future movies:

This is what BTTF could have looked like with George McFly as the main character:

A parody of Scary Stories starring Charlie Brown:

One of my few politically inspired pics:

OK now those were just sad. I though the WTF one would be funny as hell to see driving down the highway.

Herbert1405241469

What's sad about them? They're supposed to be happy

JustinSquare

who could edit your first post, i mean, other than you, and probably the mods.

Herbert1405241469

No one edited it. My webserver I used to post the pic timed out and it said in my post "User posted image" instead of giving us a red X, so I assumed someone had edited it.

You have a good eye for juxtaposition. It's especially evident in the one with Saddam pointing the gun at the dog. What makes it even funnier is that those are photographs that I think everyone has seen at least once on there own.

szupie

Wow! Did you model those characters by yourself? And the clothes? They look really realistic!

Herbert1405241469

I used a program called Poser, where they have human models already made up, but I customized the features and made my own textures based off the movies.

Is there a web site to read more about the program you mentioned?

Herbert1405241469

https://www.renderosity.com/index.php?Sectionid=12356

Renderosity has a lot of great stuff about 3D... Galleries, tutorials, etc.

The program I'm using was made by Metacreations but they were bought by Curious Labs

Here's their homepage:

EDIT: Correction! I just checked out their site, and it seems that Poser 6 is being released. Wow, I'm really outdated now! haha.

I suggest version 4 if you can find it. Not only is it a bit less complicated for newbies, it'll be cheaper (hopefully, if you can find it).

avalon1405241471

Thank you Herbert.I will read about it and maybe we can share a tip or two.:)Say, can I use the digital images you have created in my projects?I will credit you wherever possible.

Herbert1405241469

What projects do you have in mind? Sure go ahead and use them, but I'd like to see what you do with them too

Haha, I love it.

Wow! Those are all amazing! Nicely done and hilarious! >DI've tried Poser. I've seen people do amazing things with it. Unfortuantly, I couldn't experience much with the trial version I was using.
