This is a Very neat way to add a cool effect to your webpage! Its great for Holding Links......or anything else you can find a use for it.

Of Course with this code u can change things around for ex. like background, border width or color, and cellpadding cellspacing for different effects.

What so cool about that? It's just basic HTML...

Its cool becuz it gives people who dont know much about html a chance to create something semi cool

lol, if u have dreamweaver u can do that in like 5 secsi think u just have to change the border size or something...

i have learn and used HTML for an year now. If u pratice and do something new it really helps.

Well cool thing. I just scorn at those here who say that its is lame. Well we can't create new tags ourselves we have to just nest things around here and there. I think this thing was cool. Well what you did was nesting one table into another. Cool we can even have a marquee into it. The outer table would look cool with an cool background color. There are endless possibilities. That is html!
