C/c++ Compilers in need of c/c++ compilers

Does anyone know of a good C/C++ compiler? I'd like it to be free, if possible.

Yes, Dev-C++ is an IDE and it comes with an excellent compiler... one that most Linux distro's use too. I use it all the time and really haven't had any real issues with it.
