Good to see another blog site from Nepal on the internet. Right now it is hard to comment because your blog in a big empty except those blog messages. Menu doesn't have much to offer. It will be good to link to other blogs from Nepal or from any other places with same interest like website optimization and all about google as your interests seem to be. What I want to see in the header of your blog is not just 'me alone' but may be you could present us with your site url. visitors will know your site url so that they don't have problems visiting again if they have not bookmarked. Guestbook or shoutbox will be a good stuff to be in your blog too. There you will be able to see interactions from users and visitors alike.And also the design, you may want to put it a bit more attractive with different colors. Grey is too common and the links are in the same color which is not easily visible unless viewed carefully. You may want to change atleast the link color as well. Your introduction is excellent. I like the style overall, but the headers on the sidebar seem a little out of place. Maybe if the rest of the content of each section was grey as well it woul help them not standout so much.
