Since he lives in another state, I remotely go into his computer to do updates and scan his computer with Malwarebytes since he has the free version. And he doesn't do it often enough. He doesn't know much about computers and he had a problem with his computer. I really don't know who he called but the person that remote into his computer to help him fix it was from India. Any who, this Indian jerk off had setup his computer somehow with a logon password. Not the standard ones that we logon with, but similar to a bios password and he has to type in 2 letters is all. It is almost like a batch file. This comes up way before Windows start screen comes up. Here is a picture of what it looks like. I have been looking for the stupid thing months and I am at my wits about it. If I were there, I would backup his system and take the computer back to the default setup.
