Default Localhost Or Default Localhost/phpmyadmin Call From Xamp Control Panel When Host Ip Address And Host Name Are Changed

I have changed the default ip address to 192.168.1.11 and default host name as madhvi in apache running on windows. these are working satisfactorily. However when admin button of apache is pressed it calls for localhost and when admin button of mysql is pressed, it calls localhost/phpmyadmin. How to change these default calls to new ip addreess or new host name.
