At one time I was running 120 miles per week avg over about six months time, but that is hard on the system. (bones, knees, soft tissue) Any running since then has been pretty much recreational. Slower paced, only 3 or 4 times a week instead of twice a day. I think rejected's time of 4:54 is a good respectable time that he or she must be proud of. It is quite an accomplishment to break the 5:00 minute mark in a one mile race. Or the 12:00 minute time for a two mile.Notice that I don't post any of my times here.
