Ahsaniqbalkmc 0 Report post Posted June 5, 2012 I opened a ticket about 5 days ago requesting to increase the memory allocated to php, as I was seeing an error generated due to low memory. Normally, you would get a reply on the second or third day of opening a ticket but this time its strange. I haven't got any reply yet. What's even more strange is that I am not even seeing the ticket in the support section of my Xisto - Support account. I have received the email 5 days ago saying that they have received my ticket and they would answer it soon. But other than that there is not footprint of that support ticket. The day before yesterday, I opened another ticket asking them why they haven't answered my support ticket (providing the ticket id of my first support ticket) but guess what.... they haven't answered this one as well.I am having serious trouble with my website because of this memory issue and I want it to be resolved because I can't work with it. So @yordan, please do something about it.
Ahsaniqbalkmc 0 Report post Posted June 10, 2012 There is an update to the situation. My ticket was finally answered by the Xisto members and they were as helpful as always. I don't know why it took them so long to answer the ticket. But anyhow, they answered it and they helped me solve the issue and the most important thing that matters the most is: The issue has been solved....So I guess, I am happy with Xisto again...I hope they reduce the delay in the first answer to a ticket because once your ticket has been answered, they will be brisk about solving your issues and there won't be any problem.
