Asus Laptop Cant Shut Down No Matter What

Hello, ive just bought a new zen book and now its giving me alot of problems. Its giving out these weird noises and its totally hang, i cant do anything about it. I cant even shut it down, no even by force shutting it down. It just remains like that. Is there any suggestions or any ways to solve this? Thanks :)
