how to remove bad secture from hard disk with compand prompt How To Remove Bad Sectors Or Bad Clusters From HDD

Dear Sir/Madam, my windows is corrupt and I am install a new window but new window not install I don't know why but new window installation is start but after press F8 few minutes window is still. Please tell me solution this problem and how to handle very easily, along with please tell me how to install the window with CMD prompt.With best regards.
