Windows 7 Ghost creation & backup using Norton Ghost 15How To Create "ghost" Images (norton) On Windows

I have never used Norton Ghost & the latest version of it I got was Norton Ghost 7.0. I have a 41GB C:, out of which roughly 20 GB remains free even after Disk Cleanup. When I tried to create a Ghost on F:(which was FAT32 formatted), the image size is same as that of free spacei.E. 20GB.I don't understand this. How am I supposed to back this up on pen drive of 8 GB? I remember that I had commanded it to create a High Compression Image. Also, now I got Norton Ghost 15, but don't know how to create a ghost using it.
