How can i prevent my webpage from changing, when my monitor change?Monitor Size

Hi... I am confuse of the size of the monitor. We have a web page making, I wonder because I am using small type of monitor then if I open it to a large monitor my web page changes. Can I prevent it from changing ? thanks.

That might be because of the page layout. If you are specifying the elements size in your page in pixels then it will change according to the monitor size. But if you specify the size in percentage it will fit differert size of monitors.May be if you post a link to your page I can help.Mohammad
