Simple Web Front Plugin donFabforce Dbdesigner

Hi, I installed DbDesigner 4, and I want to check the php web front-end generation, but, when I want to doit.. Create Webpages option is not enable... I have installed XAMP for windows as apache-php server with php 5 and Simple Web Front Plugin shows Script Language: PHP Version 4.0 option... I think that is the problem...Can you tell me what is the problem ??Note: I'm not a native english espeaker.. I hope you can understand me.Thnks.
