Is a blurry screen and blue screen signs of a failed graphics card?Help! What Are The Signs Of A Bad Graphics Card?

hey, um...Have been experiencing this prob after I transferred some movies from the desktop into a pendrive.I've scanned the pendrive like, three times already. Everything was like normal at first, but then after I turned it on again. Its like blurry and the blue screen pops out. 

The graphics card has been a little problematic lately, because when I played COD4 Modern Warfare 2 HD, It lags when it doesn't usually lag. 

So, can anyone tell me. Is it possible for a graphics card to cause blue screen and spoil the entire desktop? /txtmngr/images/smileys/smiley6.Gif
