Is there a way to covert .pat to something in Corel?Photoshop Cs2 Patterns

I downloaded some free patterns (.Pat) for personal and commercial use. I thought they would work with the Corel PSP X but they did not. Is there a way to convert these to something usable in Corel?   Whether a tube or a background or a gradient... Anything.
