DVD not playing in combo write drive. DVD/CD-RW Combo Drive Help: Not Reading DVDs

DVD not playing in combo write drive.DVD/CD-RW Combo Drive Help: Not Reading DVDssir/madam my dvd combo drive is not playing dvd's but it plays and writes cd's well. I've tried all possible helps available in "help and support center" and google. but could not find proper solution.can anyone help me in this regard?????:(-question by Rama sastry
