my computer is freezing when i am uploadingHelp! Computer Freezes! Something To Do With Software Using Internet!

I got a windows 7 64 bits operatingsystem

CPU: intel core 2 duo 2,66GHz

RAM: 4,00GB

graffic card: Nvidia geforce 8600 GTS

it happens when I am trying to upload something over the internet or with utorrent.

I don't think it is because of softwareconflict, but I am not very computersmart so I don't know.
