bad sector in MAXTOR 320 GB Passport Drive How To Remove Bad Sectors Or Bad Clusters From HDD

Respected Brothers and Admins,

I have a maxtor 320 gb passport drive and it was working fine. Suddenly it shows a bad sectors in my notebook and I tried to recover my data by using hdd regenerator it worked that time and my hdd was working fine but again after some time it shows more bad sector which may be soft bad sectors. And it makes partition by using windows xp management system and formatted but when I check bad sectors by hdd tune software it show my drive has been damaged after 40 gb sectors ...I am unable to understand what should I do in that case ...Please help me out hat is this and can I able to solve this problem by your helpfull suggessions ...Can anyone help me out of this pronblem.
