Internet Sharing to WIFI MobileShare Internet Using Router And Modem That Uses Usb?

I am from Bahrain. My problem is ,very big , I have internet connection Using USB modem which has software ,to connect internet. I want to share internet to my WiFi mobile ,samsung S5233W. Now how to share this internet . In internet S/W there is no sharing Option.And I want to purchase wifi transmitter also.Pls sujust me
