Unable to launch Windows Media CenterWindows 7 Media Center Issues

So far I have yet to be able to launch the Windows Media Center.  All that happens when I click on the icon is the crash window appears giving the option to either shut down the program or look for an online solution.  I have tried clicking on the online solution option numerous times.  All that happens then is a dialogue box appears as if it is searching the internet for a solution then nothing.

Are there any downloads I can get that will repair Windows Media Center, or do I have to reinstall Windows 7?
