CPU clock speed toggles.AMD Processor Query

Hello,

I have bought AMD Phenom X II 555 processor it clock speed is 3.2Ghz and Asus M4A88TD MEVO/USB3.0. After I setup and started to work, I checked the clock speed it showed 3.2Ghz. But after two days I do not know what happen suddenly, my processor clock speed is showing 800Mhz and sometimes 2.5Ghz and sometimes 3.2 Ghz. Please tell me somed fix for this.
