Change mail domain administrator (hosted on gmail)Gmail Hosted Domain

I have a problem with my mail domain hosted by gmail:I want to administer it by myself but the previous admin doesn't want to give me the admin email/password because he manages a lot of mail domains with the same gmail account.Is there a way to solve it ?Thanks,Scarpy
