Cs Promod Discussion of the up and coming Counter Strike: Promod

Has anyone heard anything about the promod? It is a new mod for Counter Strike:Source coming out that is a happy medium between CS 1.6 and CS:S, allowing people who liked both genres to participate in the game again, it is a very good idea in my opinion as it will bring two heavily competitive games together and the tournament scene will be huge!I want to get training for this as soon as possible, if you practice on it now you'll get better than the people who plan on coming straight from 1.6 or Source onto this game quicker, allowing you to swoop into the tournaments with an advantage.However I have heard that the tournament has a strict learning curve.
