Probably you are hosting stuffs that's against the rule...Check again or use the help ticket from your cpanel...

you site's not coming up but i think you need like 4 and above. That's from what i remember when mine was suspened. I was post, post and keep posting that should have it back up in no time.

Your site is not suspended. You have a 403 Forbidden message, that is something you messed up. You need to set permissions correct on your files.
