How do I make a table to enter data for the log in information page?Mysql --- Multiple Entries Single Field

U guys r doin a rocking job

I am fairly new to working on SQL and wanted to learn how can  I make a table to enter data the log in information for a first time registering candidate?

Also how to match the existing data in the table to the returning user's username and password---that will let him/her access the account?
