How do I modify registry value even if I only have a limited account??User Account Control

help!!

Somebody used my picture as a wallpaper in his administrator account and its embarrassing!

I do not have an administrator account on that computer, but I have a limited one, I planned on deleting all my pictures on that PC but every time I try it says "Cannot delete -------.Jpg, Access denied" ,I thought on placing a batch file on startup that will delete my pictures the next time he logs on using his administrator account, but the problem  is I cannot modify the registry, it says "error in writing new registry value"

 Is there anyway I can place that batch file on startup without using registry editor?
