MS EXCEL NEED HELPMS Excel -- Automatic Update Of Data

hey I'm trying to get ms excel to auto rearrange things every time I view the file. What I mean is. For example if cell A1-5 is number 1-5. I want excel to rearrange the 5 number in a different order everytime I view the file

can anybody help me here . I know its been done because I've seen it once before

please reply if you can help thanks
