Pessimistic locking of Records eliminated from vb.net as it uses disconnected data architectureVB.NET: MS-Access Interaction Tutorial (Part I)

Hi

As ADO.NET uses disconnected data architecture we cannot implement Pessimistic Locking of the records, how can we handle the situations where a user expects successful edition of the records. For example Train ticket booking system, there might be many users viewing the same train seats and there is high chance of 1 seat being allotted to many passengers.

How to handle this kind of situation…please give me the solution to handle this kind of situations….

Thank You
