Solution for "Phone reports generic communication error or syntax error."Error 406 - Not Acceptable

I've downloaded the GSMComm dll to create a sms send/receive application. I've connected a nokia 5200 modem/phone and I'm able to send the message, but while downloading I'm getting an error message like ["Phone reports generic communication error or syntax error."]. Can anybody sove this problem
