unable to create a restore point in System Restore. - Group PolicyHow To Increase Windows Shutdown Speed

I am unable to create a restore point in System Restore.

I get a message saying 'Restore Piont Creation Disabled By Group Policy.

I am not computer savvy therefore I need very basic help.

This appears to have manifested itself around the time I installed SP1.

Hoping for a speedy, step by step cure.
