what to do after doing a non destructive recovery windows xpNon-destructive Recovery Xp-home

Hi I recently did a non destructive recovery on my packard bell pc. The windows xp is now opening. Following packard bell instructions I can find my files and program listed when I go to Run- and type in the following-C:documents and Settinguser name, C:Program Files, Can any body advise me as to how I can use these or do I need to reload all of my programs again.
