Help Me Creating My Text Based Game. i need help maybe you can help me?

Hello, I am totally new to text based games. And i really really whant to make a text based game. I have never made text based games and i dont now what software i need and what website's can help me make such a game. Can somebody please help me. I already have a idea. Maybe a little bit dificult to tell what it is but is like Ogame. (https://en.ogame.gameforge.com/) Its also in space and it also takes much time to do things. But all the other things are not the same. Can somebody please tell me where i can find things that can help me make a textbased game. And tell me what software is the best software for people that have never made a text based game before. :( :PWell, i hope you can help me.
