Art end: First Step: Make a new image with 400x400 size, transparent background and name "background". http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/404.png Second Step: Go to "Edit -> Fill" then click on the box front text "Use:" and choice Color... at the new window choice the color black(#000000). Contents Use: Color... Blending Mode: Normal Opacity: 100% Preserve Transparency: Uncheck http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/404.png Trird Step: Write a text with a large font... I choose the font "Impact" and the size "80px"... Don't forget to use White Color... http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/404.png Fourth Step: On this layer go to "Layer -> Raterize -> Type". Then rename this layer to "text".. clone this layer and give the name "text 2" to this... Then: on layer "text 2" mark the "eye" on layers side... http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/404.png Fiveth Step: On layer "text" go to "Layer -> Merge Visible"... First choice this option: Method: Wind Direction: From the Right http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/404.png Click on "OK", then press "CTRL + F" to repeat the effect... Now back to "Filter -> Stylize -> Wind" and choice this options: Method: Wind Direction: From the Left http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/404.png Click on "OK", then press "CTRL + F" to repeat the effect... Go to "Filter -> Stylize -> Wind" and choice this options: Method: Wind Direction: From the Right http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/404.png Click on "OK" **Do not press "CTRL + F"** Then Back to "Filter -> Stylize -> Wind", and now choice this options: Method: Wind Direction: From the Left http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/404.png Click on "OK" **Again do not press "CTRL + F"** Will be like that: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/404.png Eighth Step: Go to "Filter -> Distort -> Ripple" and choice those: Amount: 100% Size: Medium http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/404.png Click on "OK". Nineth Step: Go to "Image -> Adjustments -> Hue/Saturation"(CTRL + U).. Mark "COLORIZE" and choise this options: Hue: 240 Saturation: 40 Lightness: 0 You can change this to the way you think is better. Then click on "OK". Tenth Step: Back to layer "text 2", go to "Selection -> Load Selection" and click on "OK". Go to "Select -> Modify -> Contract" and choice Contract by 2 pixels.. Now back to layer "text" and go to "Edit -> Fill" and choice this options: Contents Use: Black Blending Mode: Normal Opacity: 100% Preserve Transparency: Uncheck Click on "OK"... Ready!
