Impious 0 Report post Posted September 19, 2007 Open a new document and put a bottom Add your RENDER at it Then make a degrades with your preference's colour (I advise to make degrades more or less in the midle of the RENDER) After that, gives brushstrokes with the brush of your preference PS: the image of the left shows a degrades with brushes and the one on the rigth shows how are the LAYERS Now, make a new layer, leave it among the layer(coat) of degrades and among the layer(coat) of the layer on the LAYER click at the square beside the eye and "work" the staple and then click "ctrl+e" with the new coat selected Now, click "ctrl+g" with the LAYER of degrades selected after having made that, open the image on ImageReady. select the coat of degrades and put it in one of the sides of the RENDER. After that, click in the button indicated by the arrow. Put the degrades to the oposite side. click at the place indicated by the arrow and adjust for 8 or 16 squares. the number of squares is up to you! Saint_Michael 3 Report post Posted September 22, 2007 I know this affect it is called the shine effect in which your your text or images as the light going through it technique, a lot of movies used this technique or variations to it, this would be an example of what it looks like: its a basic photoshop animation technique to get a understanding on how it works; gimp, fireworks, Paint Shop Pro do this as well.
