We don't want to host sites that are basically search engines for warez and get by legalities by hosting the media on other sites To me, it sounds like you want to start a blog to point to these things and thats why you are asking. IF I'm wrong, in that you mean you just want to point to videos of people doing funny things or whatever, publicly shared video I mean, then sure. As long as its not illegal content you are trying to direct people to its fine.Possibly if you explain more clearly what you plan to do I or another staff member could more precisely answer.
