I mean like, if I created a website, could Ijust google search and find it because there was another site that I tried but it was impossible to google search, or does google (yahoo, dogpile, etc.) have to add websites for the site to show up. HellFire121 0 Report post Posted January 14, 2007 Takumi-san it depends if any other sites link to it etc, but if you make it on freewebs it should be listed in about a week or so.Anyways i wouldn't rely on freewebs at all. In my opinion Xisto is the best free webhosting. For a start look at all the ads on the freewebs pages. Sure it can be easy to use and all but you can actually install site builders on your hosting account here to make it easier. rainbowsoup 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2007 My smaller websites are hosted on Freewebs because the space in only 50mb and the bandwidth is very small too. However I like the way they give demos and stuff even though I don't use them. I find the lack of cpanel very inconvienient because I need the CGI bins and MySQL. However its good for starting and has a good service. Its quite reputable too so there's no fear that it will eventually disappear taking your hosting account with in as some free hosts do. An excessive amount of accounts, not just three or something, but like 165+ accounts. (It's sounds abusive I know, but they are very limiting on the capabilities of the navigation bar.)
