Problem With Activating Hosting No email sent to me

A few days ago, I was approved for the starter package, but as yet have not received an e-mail regarding that. I have checked all my folders every day (inbox and bulk mail in particular) but have seen no email from Xisto. I am sure that it is the email I signed up with. Is there something I missed, or should I contact an admin for a resend?
