iGuest 3 Report post Posted September 2, 2010 this is an old topic but acually you can do a complete reformat of a drive in the c promt just type help in cmd and there is a command called format I used it before to format a external hard drive to fat32 with the help of a format fat32 program I used other wise you can only format it in regular NTFS format.-reply by cmd Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
