I Can`t Login To My Forum Account soleimanian

i'm soleimanian - asta #28 user

i can`t login to my forum account

forum says:

The error returned was:

Your account has been temporarily suspended. This suspension is due to end on Dec 13 2021, 03:01 AM.

why?

 

i send two e-mails to xisto and asta support team last week, but they didn't respond to me

so i lost my credits and my site is now suspended

my account: soleimanian

cpanel account: soleiman

domain: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/

 

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!

Whats wrong with your Forum account ? It looks fine to me. Do you need a password reset ?As for your hosting account, it seems to have been deleted due to long inactivity. Your account expired 5 days back. How come you didn't report it here earlier on?

i had 5 days credits last week, but i recieved this error messagenow how i can login to my accounti think it is because of ASTA forum update

IF you haven't tried logging in recently (as from M^E's post) then do so.m^e, merge his two accounts so that the status of the Account is of bamshad, but the post count, name, hosting and profile is of soleimanian.***NUMBER 300 POST***

When m^e merges your two accounts, soleimanian will become unsuspeneded, and posts from your current account will be put into soleimanian. Well, that is what I hope. You hosting account will become unsuspended when you start posting again with soleimanian.
